UPDATE YOUR ONLINE PROFILE IN THE EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY
Access your online profile to enter your company’s contact information and product/service categories. Your information will be included in the printed Show Guide and in the Online Exhibitor Directory.
To access your profile, click on the Exhibitor Login button below, select your company name from the menu and enter the password that was sent to you in your Booth Confirmation Letter. Then update your company’s profile, business card, product categories, brands list and contact information.
REGISTER YOUR BOOTH STAFF
You may register up to 5 booth attendants per 10’ x 10’ booth space. Online registration will close Friday, April 13, 2018. To register your staff, please click on the Exhibitor Login button below, select your company from the menu and enter the password that was sent to you in your Booth Confirmation Letter. Then click on the “Badges” icon.
Please note that the booth confirmation letters will be mailed out by the end of June.

VENDORS SAMPLING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Vendors offering samples of alcoholic beverages in the Tasting Pavilion are required to submit to Show Management the server permits of all individuals who will be pouring samples at the Show by April 1, 2018. All servers must have a copy of their server permits on-hand for presentation at the show in the event of a visit by an WSLCB inspector.
Additionally, the participating company must have obtained and sent to Show management proof of a liquor liability endorsement of no less than $1 million, naming Northwest Food Show as an additional insured party.
Each participating exhibitor is required to provide appropriate sampling cups. Sample sizes are restricted to the following as per WSLCB requirements:
Beer: No more than a 2 ounce sample per serving.
Wine: No more than a 2 ounce sample per serving.
Liquor: No more than a 1/2 ounce per serving.
